Hendrick Robyns will lead the Belgian U19 squad for the second consecutive year. He is young 16 years old and have shown exceptional playing and leading skills in the local league and previous tournaments. The vacancy created by departure of Mishi Jamil, the ex. Captain Belgian U19 squad to the senior team, is rightly filled by Habib Jamil and Muneeb Muhammad. They performance, leadership and tactical skills has been exemplary for their age.

Our special thanks goes to their parents and guardians, who have extended special help in development. Their support have brought these young star to the pride moment of representing their country in an international event. We invite them to come to ground, support and boost their kin, to bring more glory to Belgium.

They have been practicing hard all though out last months. The team looks strong and a worthy tournament winner. Our best wished goes with them. Almost every member of the team is Dutch/Flemish speaking and a Flemish resident. We are all proud of our “Nieuwe Belgen”.

All first 12 players will stay together along with all visiting team members at the hotel, during the tournament. Being at home does not bring any exception for them, they must follow the tournament regulations as any other visiting team.

Congratulations to all players
