Chairman’s message Annual General Meeting Financial books for 2013 are now closed. Balance sheet is ready and is audited by an external auditor. We addressed a series of the financial and governance related audit questions from the auditor. Further to the invite of the AGM done on 8th May 2014, I send you an update of the location, pre-reading material and proxy letter. In-principle, we meet to review the 2013 accounts and will be happy to take any other relevant questions considered important by a member club. I send you here the MOM of the last GM and Balance Sheet for the fiscal year 2013. The external audit opinion has been finalized and no audit remarks has been made.
